Annual Exam, Screening, and Immunization Recommendations for Women Regular check-ups are an essential part of maintaining good health. Following these recommendations may help you stay healthy throughout your life.

Ages 18-39
• A general check-up at least every two years
• Blood pressure screening annually
• Cholesterol screening every four to six years
• Diabetes screening at age 35
• Pap smear test at least every three-five years
• HPV vaccine up to age 45
• Influenza vaccine every year
• Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap) vaccine every 10 years
• Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine if not previously vaccinated

Ages 40-50
• Annual wellness exam
• Annual mammogram starting at age 40
• Blood pressure screening annually

How often do I need to come in for women’s health visits?
Most women benefit from coming in for annual well-woman examinations. This schedule ensures you get the appropriate screenings promptly and increases the chance of catching issues as early as possible. If you need treatment for a women’s health concern, you might need to come in more frequently until the matter is resolved.

We accept most Commercial Insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid. 

Copay, Co-Insurance, Deductible, and Balance owed are due at the time of service.  If you have an outstanding balance on your account please be prepared to make payment prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy: No-Call / No-Show and Missed appointments without a full 24-HR notice will be charged a $65.00 missed appointment fee. The missed appointment fee must be paid prior to any future appointments being scheduled.
